About the property
This private standalone home is set on 5 acres of peaceful countryside, surrounded by open rural views with no close neighbours, offering plenty of privacy and space to relax.

The home is normally set up with four spacious bedrooms, two separate living areas and a rumpus room. All bedrooms are provided with comfortable mattresses and bedding, making the home ideal for families, friends and larger groups.

OPTIONAL FIFTH BEDROOM
For groups of more than 8 guests, the study can be prepared as a fifth bedroom upon advance request, with up to two single beds available if required.

Self Check-in: The property is equipped with a lockbox. Before your arrival, we will send you the lockbox code so you can collect the key and check in yourself.

BBQ: A BBQ and gas bottle are provided, but gas availability is not guaranteed. If needed, guests can arrange a gas bottle exchange at a nearby petrol station at their own expense.

Furniture: If any indoor furniture or furnishings are moved during your stay, please return them to their original positions before check-out.

Damage & Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Costs for repairs, replacements or additional cleaning may be claimed in accordance with Airbnb’s policies, with supporting evidence.

Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Dogs must toilet outdoors or wear diapers indoors, while cats must use litter trays. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and keeping the property clean.
