The home comfortably sleeps 8 with the added sofa bed and is laid out over one level, featuring three bedrooms, a main bathroom, a kitchen, a living and dining room, and an outdoor entertainment area. Upon entry, to the left is the main bedroom with a King bed, followed by the second room with a Queen bed and built-in robes. The main bathroom, situated between the second and third bedrooms, features timber panels that add warmth to the white amenities, including a shower, toilet, and vanity with a hairdryer. The third bedroom includes a trundle bunk and a kids’ play nook. Across the hall from the third bedroom is the living and dining room, which includes a round 4-seater dining table, a three-seater fold-out sofa bed, two plush armchairs, and a smart TV. The living room also hosts a split system air-conditioner, ensuring the home remains cozy and comfortable year-round. At the end of the hall, you’ll find the contemporary kitchen with display cabinets and modern touches, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, gas stove, and a washer & dryer machine tucked under the corner bench, with an iron and stick vacuum in the pantry. Through the kitchen side door, step onto the patio, which features a 4-seater outdoor set, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the chirping birds in the nearby tree. While there is no garage access, the streets are quiet and offer free parking. Eastern Beach/Geelong Waterfront is a 7-minute drive or a 30-minute walk along the coastline. For more cafes and eclectic shops, Pakington Street is a 15-minute walk or a 4-minute drive away. Avalon Airport is a 20-minute drive, Melbourne CBD is 60 minutes away, and Torquay is a 30-minute drive. Getting Around If you’re not bringing your own vehicle, public transport via the local bus network is accessible around the corner, about a 5-minute walk from the property on Mercer St/The Esplanade. You can catch Route 20 – Geelong Station – Corio SC, which takes you to the Geelong railway station or a short 15-minute walk there. Ubers are also readily available in this area. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in extra cleaning fees. 2) Departure \- We ask that you leave the property reasonably tidy and secure on departure. This includes washing of dishes or stacking the dishwasher and turning it on as you leave, rubbish placed in bins, all personal belongings removed from the property, securing windows and doors, turning off heating/cooling and turning off all lights. \- Please note that we will charge additional cleaning fees should you choose to leave the property in an unclean or untidy manner. 3) Cancellations \- Please ensure you read and understand the cancellation policy once you have booked. We provide free cancellation with a full refund within 24 hours of booking regardless of the policy, allowing you time to acknowledge and understand the terms of your booking. After 24 hours the policy you have booked is now applicable. 4) Damages, missing items or unexpected cleaning \- All breakages and damages must be reported to Mibnb. Failure to report them will likely result in an extra charge applicable to the cost of the damaged items. No contents are to be removed from the property. Charges apply if an item/s is taken and not returned. \- Damaged, torn or stained linen, sheets, towels, donnas, quilts, pillows and couches will be charged at the applicable replacement cost \- If extra cleaning is required this is charged at a per-hour rate with public holiday and weekend surcharges applicable. \- If there are any charges applicable after your stay we will communicate these with you including providing photographic evidence for your reference. 5) Pets \- Pets are NOT permitted at this property 6) Complaints \- If there are any issues upon arrival, please contact us via the booking channel for assistance. \- We will require photos should you wish to claim reimbursement for any issues reported \- We will do our best to rectify any issues promptly to ensure an enjoyable stay.
