The house is conveniently located near the Geelong CBD, its waterfront, GMHBA Stadium as well as any town or tourist attractions on the Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast. This contemporary, charming home is fully equipped to cater to both leisure and business trips on the Bellarine Peninsula. Nestled away from a peaceful road, the single-storey residence is located within a 7-minute drive to the Geelong Waterfront and CBD, a 10-minute drive to GMHBA Stadium, a 15-minute drive to the Spirit Of Tasmania Quay, and a short distance to all towns within the peninsula. Peaceful neighbours and a small reserve adjacent to the backyard provide a serene atmosphere for your stay. The heart of this delightful home is its open-plan living, dining and kitchen area; the epitome of modern living, provided with all essential amenities necessary for indulging in great meals or for a relaxed movie night on the 65" smartTV, equipped with built-in Chromecast to stream all your favourite apps. Host has put in some very thoughtful touchs such as automatic hallway lighting (to see where you're going during the night), filtered water on tap, chargers for all phones types in the bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and generally, accomodation that feels like a home. The home was absolutely spotless and so well presented. The attention to detail is second to none. The hospitality shown by the owner was really appreciated getting to take home some produce from the garden. We will be back again. ##### Di A. Immaculate condition, a well equipped place. It is quiet around the area, having shopping centre quite near by and close to central Geelong- we love it as a family with preschoolers, having a car. This can be a bit of personal preference, so I gave 5 out of 5\. I haven’t seen any neighbours lol. Great communication. Great facilities great utensils. various ranges of cooking appliances. Lovely garden(edible). Thanks for having us- a definite place to return to when we visit next. ##### Jonathan F.
