To avoid power outages, conserve energy during the day and use it only when necessary. Guest Access: Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence. Other Things to Note: \- Potable water is free. \- Mobile reception is bad. \- Child-friendly accommodation \- No smoking allowed on the property \- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. \- General waste and recyling bins are provided to dispose of trash properly \- Given the rural setting, children are welcome under CLOSE ADULT SUPERVISION. \- Pets are allowed with 24 hours' notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. \- Please stay informed about any current flood, fire, or other hazards by checking Victoria Emergency or ABC Emergency websites.
