    G663 is a one bedroom condo located on the 3rd floor of Gearhart House. Bedroom has a King bed. NEW sleeper sofa available in the living room (not the ones in the picture). Electric fireplace. Some recent remodeling done. Great view from your private deck. Flat screen TV with DVD/VCR combo player and satellite. Just a few minutes walk to the beach!





    This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.





    **Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**





    You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN
