Really disappointed about the service level, we booked the room for two adults and two kids and we received the room for the three. Then we been told WE HAVE TO PAYfor the one of the kid due problem with booking issue

Our room was 103 quite noisy straight opposite reception and above the restaurant, bar never open but you could buy from reception

ok hotel, cheap in off season
hotel was fine, warm, clean and cheap, fairly modern. Have few issues. 1st issue- spent there 3 nights, on the second day, left the card outside to clean the room, room was never cleaned, next day, same thing. So in 3 days stay room was never cleaned. Also hotel was nearly empty but stuff on reception were incredibly loud in the morning from 6am onwards. as my room was close to reception.

NICE HOTEL
WE STAYED HERE FOR NEARLY A WEEK, A NICE PLACE BUT REQUIRED A BUS RIDE INTO TOWN DID NOT REALIZE IT WAS OUT OF THE TOWN. STAFF FRIENDLY OVERALL.

Great out of town hotel with easy transport links
I have just returned from a long weekend in Gdansk and I am very pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. On arrival the staff were very helpful. It was hours before the check in time but we were able to leave our bags, use a room to change in and were served breakfast although it was past the normal time for that. We were given information about the buses to use to get to the city and back. The room was very comfortable, nice beds and a lovely bathroom. We ate 2 dinners outside, lovely food, heater put on and blankets provided. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. The breakfast buffet was also very good, continually stocked up and a good selection. I have no complaints whatsoever and would recommend to anyone.

The room for 2 persons was too small. There is no any pictures of that room in internet. The room door glass was glue withe paper. Always big noise from car parking. All cars are standing right in front of window. Avoid a room in ground floor in the house near the street. Room smell like mold. The towels in hanged may be long time age, so the towels smell the same. But the breakfast buffet was good enough. Good location.

Nice hotel for visting Gdansk
The staff here were very helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast had plenty of choice. It is on a number of frequent (daytime) bus routes.

Solo traveller.
Everything good about hotel.staff all very nice.walked into town. 35 mins. Travelled alone but it was all Polish in hotel so no communications which I missed. Residential area with 2 large supermarkets.apart from that nothing nearby. Did miss being nearer town especially at night. Sopot was highlight of my trip. Easy to get to by train. Hotel also easy to find from Airport.210 bus.

Superb value hotel
Lovely, small hotel. Very pleasant receptionist who was exceptionally helpful. Located right by a major bus stop that has a ticket machine, with busses every 5 minutes so into town (10 minute journey) and busses to the airport (route 210). Biedronka supermarket is also opposite if want to get a few bits and pieces- ludicrously cheap! Super nights sleep, very quiet district of town. Can;t reccomend enough for thevery reasonable price. Perfect base to explore this wonderful city.

clean but out of Old Town
This hotel is built on a fairly steep hill. Consequently lots of steps & stairs. As a fifty year old with 3screws in my knee this was not the night place to stay. As only one night I managed. Its also 3km out of the life of the city. Its up hill so you need to be fit and committed to walk it. So budget for taxi both ways. ,

Villa Angela: Great setting with friendly staff
Received an extremely warm greeting from the receptionist at arrival. I arrived about 2 hours before check in, but had a room ready for me within 15 minutes. The receptionist was more than happy to tell me about tourist activites and transportation options which are plentiful. There is a bus stop about 50m away, and when the buses arent running (early in the morning after a night out) a taxi from Gdansk city centre only costs about 20 Zloti. All people on reception spoke English. Room was excellent. Bed was comfy. Ensuite was well laid out and soap is provided for showering. The only minor issue I had was the WiFi in my room (building closest to road) would struggle to connect, but the WiFi was great in the upper building's restaurant and alfresco area.

comfort and ambience are key
we wanted to be close to downtown Gdansk and price was a factor as well.....it's reasonably close to the airport.......scenic drive .....public transit is just out side the door but we chose the convenience of taxi.............................................restaurant choices are limited to two small restaurants ( closed for a wedding on the night we were there) at another hotel within a few hundred meters and one family run that is short on service...... would advise eating in Gdansk for lunch and dinner...breakfast was good with a variety of choices......Staff was helpful in Polish and English.....helped with tourist highlights, public transit, etc.......some traffic noise at night but with windows closed should not interfere with sleep......would definitely recommend this hotel to others......overall , our experience was excellent.

Great value hotel in the hilly suburbs of Gdansk. Nothing in the actual area of interest, but 2.5km from the Old Town, and only ZL3 on a regular bus, or around ZL15 in a taxi. Well maintained, with comfortable modern rooms, and an excellant buffet breakfast

Good Place to stay
hotel is placed not far from center of Budapest. It is very clean hotel with new rooms. Only negative is that our room was on the small side. This, howeve; wasn't out of ordanary since I has similar room in Poland. The people at the service desk are nice and helpfull. Make sure that you have water and food with you to avoid prices at hotel mini bar.

We arrived before 14.00 and our room was already ready. Also when we checked Out, we were allow To leave our bags To reception for afternoon, that saved our day! Also very friendly personnel with cleaning, breakfast and reception. Nice, clean room and delicious breakfast. The location is only 10minutes with the bus To the centrum

Toppenhotell!
Ett hotell som verkligen förtjänar ett besök om man har vägarna förbi. Rent och nyrenoverade rum. Vårt rum hade en balkong så vi kunde sitta ute och njuta. Bra frukost med mycket att välja på. Sängar var även de väldigt bekväma. Finns inget att klaga på.

Villa Angela - отель приятно удивил)
Замечательный отель. Тихий, уютный, в спальном районе Гданьска. Имеется своя парковка, причём вместительная, места хватит всем. Персонал приветливый, правда по русски не говорят, но это не проблема. Номер чистенький, уютный, белье свежее. Одним словом, очень понравилось. В следующую поездку обязательно буду бронировать номер именно в этом отеле.

Pent, rent og hyggelig hotell 30 minutters gange fra bykjernen. Kun 2 minutters gange til bussholdeplass med direkterute til flyplassen. Noe sjenanse fra skole som lå vegg i vegg med hotellet samt rom uten lufting gjorde det varmt. Ellers var servicen upåklagelig og området rundt hotellet var pent og rolig. Bor her gjerne igjen
