    The Space:

    The spacious, air-conditioned living room has been arranged with comfort and relaxation in mind. It features a pull-out sofa that can serve as an additional sleeping space, and opposite it there is a television with cable channels and Smart TV functionality. The interior is bright, modern and very cozy, and the large glazing perfectly illuminates the space.

    In the hallway there is a spacious wardrobe which makes it easy to store outerwear, suitcases and other essentials, keeping the apartment tidy and functional.



    Directly from the living room there is access to a large, sunny balcony, which is one of the apartment's greatest assets. The balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee, relaxation or evening unwind. An additional benefit is the pleasant view of the marina, which gives this place a unique character.



    The modern kitchenette is harmoniously connected to the living area. Equipment includes a oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine, providing full convenience for everyday use. Additionally, this part of the apartment includes a dining table with chairs, creating a comfortable space for shared meals.
