The kitchenette is designed in a modern style, combining white fronts, wooden accents, and a decorative marble-patterned wall. It is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, sink, and functional built-in units. In the center, a comfortable table with four upholstered chairs in black with gold accents creates an elegant dining space. A welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is provided for guests' convenience.



The living room opens onto the balcony – a pleasant spot for morning coffee or a moment of relaxation outdoors.



The bedroom is decorated in soothing shades of gray and white. It features a comfortable double bed with light bedding, soft pillows, and a throw. The interior is adorned with subtle stucco wall art, gold accents in the lighting, and decorative graphics.



The bathroom boasts a striking finish in a light marble pattern with gold accents. Guests have access to a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Hotel towels and basic toiletries – shower gel, shampoo, and soap – are provided.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.



The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent.

The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5 / hour, PLN 40 / day

The Nadmotłwie C21 apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a short walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, the view of the river, the marina, and the Old Town's tenement houses will constantly accompany you on your way to the Old Town.

Please note that due to construction work in the area of the site, noise disturbances may occur.
