Apartament Nadmotławie 20 is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, the apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, nevertheless, on the way to the Old Town, you will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
