Majoituskohde oli uusi ja siisti. Siellä oli kaikki tarvittava 6 yön majoitukseen 2 aikuiselle ja 2 lapselle (pienet shampoot ja suihkusaippuat, pyykinpesuaine, pyykinpesukone, tiskiaine, astianpesukone, astiat, lakanat, pyyhkeet, vedenkeitin..ym) Rakennuksen yhteydessä pieni lähikauppa oli plussaa. Huoneistossa oli kaksi tornimallista tuuletinta, eikä siellä ollut mitenkään tukahduttavan kuuma, vaikka parina päivänä helteet ylsivät yli 30 asteeseen. Hieman tarkemmat ohjeet ulko-oven avaamiseen olisivat olleet kohdillaan, mutta muiden majoittujien esimerkillä selvitimme sen toimivan avainlätkällä, ainakin päivällä. Lisäksi kohteessa olisi voinut olla ohjeet, tarvitseeko siivousta suorittaa tai roskia viedä lähtiessä ym. Ulkopuoli hieman vielä vaiheessa ja roskakatos pursusi roskaa, mutta ne eivät meidän majoittumiskokemusta haitanneet. Parveke oli sisäpihalle suunnattu, mukavan rauhallinen. Bussipysäkille ei kestänyt kävellen montaa minuuttia ja bussit keskustaan kulkivat noin 10min välein.
