Paikka on syrjässä keskustasta ja ympärillä on rakennustyömaa. Näkymä parvekkeelta oli ankea. SPA oli tässä harhaanjohtava. Tarjolla pieni sauna, josta piti erikseen maksaa. Kuntosali oli onneton.
