The living room opens onto a furnished balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. It is a pleasant place to enjoy a morning coffee or relax outdoors.



The functional kitchenette blends seamlessly with the living area. It is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. Guests also have access to essential kitchen equipment needed for preparing their own meals. A round dining table with chairs is located nearby and can also be used as a workspace for a laptop. For added convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic seasonings is provided.



The sleeping area is partially separated from the living room. It features a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality bed linen, a set of pillows and a wardrobe providing storage space.



The bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and glass screen, a washbasin with a cabinet, a large mirror, a toilet and a washing machine. Hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer and a basic set of toiletries - shower gel, shampoo and soap - are provided for guests.
