I stayed 4 nights at the hotel. My room was on cleaned once, and at my request. And even then for some reason the toilet and sink were not cleaned. The bathroom started smelling of sewage the 2nd day, when I called they came and poured some liquids down the drains which seemed to help. Started again the 3rd day and when I called, they said they would send someone but never did. For such a high rated hotel I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

Excellent hotel - disappointing breakfast.
Excellent five star hotel. Very comfortable and pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English. Rooms were spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast was slightly disappointing as very limited selection and no beverages other than water.. not five star standard. Otherwise a really excellent hotel.

Great hotel location just minutes away from old city and castle. Wonderful staff. Free Turkish bath, freee breakfast and free parking.

When we arrive for checking they told us they gonna upgrade us the deluxe room in other tower which was a nice touch rooms and bathrooms when you look closely finishing touches the building work poor Craftman shift specially in the bathroom you can see open socket sucking down soap holder shower pressure wasn’t good not finished quality In the bedroom you can see in the ceiling Demps the wallpaper wasn’t finish nicely it was sucking down or you can see plaster wet and damp

إقامة لاترقى لمستوى 5 نجوم
موقع الفندق غير مشجع بعيد عن الأسواق وعن وسط المدينة.. التفاهم صعب لعدم وجود الكثيرين ممن لايتقنون الانكليزية.. الإضاءة في الغرف والمرافق الترفبهية ضعيفة وغير كافية.. التكييف لايعمل بشكل جيد ويصدر أصواتاً مزعجة الطعام في المطعم الإفطار لايتغير أبداً نفس البوفيه كل يوم لمدة أسبوع.. المسبح والسبا في مكان بعيد جداً عن مكان الإقامة ولابد من المرور عبر مواقف السيارات للوصول إليه أمر مزعج.
