For us it was a nice place as presented with a market about 200 my away. Room was large with most expected facilities. Good breakfast, free. No dining but plenty of places around. More desk staff with better English could help but Koray was great at helping us solve a Teck issue.

Bayram süresince ve ertesinde 5 gün kaldık. Bize ilk verilen oda 2. katta ve havalandırma sistemine bakıyordu ve karanlıktı. Farklı bir oda isteyince hemen 7. katta önü açık ve ferah bir oda verildi. Servis canayakındı. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Bayram yoğunluğunda biten ürünler yavaş da olsa yenileniyor. Kat temizlik görevlisi Dilek Hanım işini çok iyi yapıyor. Memnun ayrıldık.

Konaklama 3 yıldızlı otele göre oldukça yerinde Hilton kat bakımı ve kahvaltı servisinde hissettiriyor. Tek tavsiyem resepsiyondaki arkadaşların daha güler yüzlü hizmet vermesi olacaktır. Muhakkak gelen herkesi karşılamak oldukça zordur özellikle de günümüz şartlarında ancak benim ufak önerim bu olacaktır :)

Süper deneyim

Hem merkeze yakın olsun hem konforlu bir otel olsun diyorsanız doğru yer. Hizmet temizlik personelin ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Odalar pek büyük değil ama zaten gezmek için geldik sabah çıkıp akşam geldik dinlendik tekrar çıktık. Fazla bir beklentimiz yoktu ama personel ilgisi ve yakınlığı ile bize daha fazlasını sundu. Kahvaltısıda yeterliydi yani bu konumda bu fiyata tam bir F/ P ! Memnun kalmadığımız hiç bir şey olmadı. Özellikle personel 10 numara. Biz talep etmeden Oğlumuz için Çekyatı hazırlamışlardı, kocaman bir yatak olmuştu. Teşekkür ederiz

Genel olarak rahat ettiğimiz bir konaklama oldu. Calisanlar ilgiliydi. 3 kisilik konaklama icin koltuğun acilmasi sebebi ile oda biraz kucuk geldi. Ek yastik istediğimizde yorgunluktan oturu bir tane tedarik edilenildi. Odalardaki sıvı sabun cok zor durulaniyor, baya mucadele vermek zorunda kaldik.

Excellent location, terrible service

We had issues at check-in where staff were abrupt to the point of being rude, and extremely unhelpful. I had to literally drag all our luggage up a ramp into the building whilst carrying my daughter. The room was dusty and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on the floor which seeped into the room. I raised some of these issues with the manager Khedir who was actually very nice and helpful. He sent a fruit platter to apologise, which we appreciated. However, that very same day we came back to a room where they had not left a single towel. On checkout again, I was offered no help with moving my luggage down onto the street to be loaded into a taxi. The location of this hotel is however excellent. That tram stop is literally across the road, or you could take a leisurely stroll down to the old city.
