We wish we had stayed here longer! All the staff at the hotel were lovely and so helpful in every way - they automatically upgraded us to a royal suite at no additional cost and we were amazed by the room and the beautiful view of the Douro river. The in room dining and included breakfast were so delicious and had a lot of variety. Special recognition to Marta for recommending us other cool places to check out for our other stops in Lisbon and Lagos. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

The room is beautiful and conveniently located. There was more than enough space for my husband and I. It felt like luxury accommodations. The staff were extremely helpful from letting us know where to get good food to operating the laundry facility. I would stay here again.
