"Blackberry Patch" is located within the Waldens Creek area in the mountains of Sevierville, TN. This newly renovated cabin in the private neighborhood of Nicoha, makes the perfect place to relax and get away from busy city life. While having great mountain views and a real feel of being in the wild, Blackberry Patch is just 4 miles away (10 min) by vehicle from the Parkway (Pigeon Forge Strip) near all attractions, restaurants, Shopping and many other amenities the city offers. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg are only (30 min) 14 miles away and Dollywood Theme park is (20min) 9.4 miles away.

'Blackberry Patch' is a well preserved and maintained cabin that offers our guest brand new furniture, appliances and home goods. The open concept of the cabin is ideal for foresting family memories, with a dinning of 6 while enjoying the mountain views and lots of open space that keeps the family from being seal off. The main floor has a master suite including a king size bed where you can enjoy a smart flat screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen has been newly remodeled with granite counter tops and brand-named cabinets, specially designed to make the kitchen feels like yours. Also, the main floor includes washer and dryer located in the pantry and a Weber Gas Grill placed right outside the back door for easy access to the kitchen. The upper floor has a private bedroom with a full size bed and bathroom. The ceiling high windows in the loft allows guest to enjoy the mountain views while having fun with friends and family. The loft is equipped with an Air Hockey Table, lots of table games, music and a full size sofa bed.

The best part of 'BlackBerry Cabin' is the outdoor area, the deck goes around the front and side of the cabin providing views to the mountains on both sides and creating a sensation of being secluded in the forest. There is plenty of sitting area including a swing allowing families and friends to bond. The hot tub is warm and ready in case you would like to relax and have a drink.

Blackberry Patch

Our family enjoyed a recent stay at Blackberry Patch. It's a nice oasis with great views. The cabin was well appointed, especially the kitchen and our family enjoyed the games and the hot tub. It's a great place to stay when visiting the Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge area.

First time booking a place like this and it was the best time, home was beautiful and very clean. Very spacious and i couldnt of asked for anything else. Makes you feel deep in the mountains while still being very close to everything you need. Definitely will book again!!!

This cabin was exactly what we were wanting and more for my family of 5! I wish we could have stayed another week! The location is great and close to Pigeon Forge but still felt secluded and the view from the deck is so amazing!! We used the hot tub daily! (no issues) Check in and out was a breeze. Absolutely nothing to complain about at all!!

Cozy, beautiful cabin with outstanding mountain views

Blackberry Patch is a beautiful, nicely renovated cabin with gorgeous floor to ceiling wood planks. My six year old son and I had a blast with the air hockey table, the whole family enjoyed the hot tub on cold nights, and we loved just sitting on the deck and looking at the Smoky Mountains. Having a washer and dryer in the cabin was really convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to cook our whole Thanksgiving meal without having to buy any utensils or cookware. The cabin was very conveniently located so that we could explore Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Five Stars across the board to Lina and Cousin's Cabins. We will definitely be returning to Blackberry Patch!

Pros & cons

Everything was amazing and clean! What I could suggest is that there be more seating in the living room, the beds were not very comfortable the owner was beyond amazing I did explain these things to her and she has spoke of fixing those things that was really the only cons everything was simply amazing and not a steep long driveway that was good for us! The toilet messed up on us and she had maintenance there in less than 10min and he was a great gentleman as well so that helps for sure! I’m gonna be calling her back for next year !!!

Great Cabin in a Great Location

The cabin is very cozy and nice in a great location. This was our second time staying, but we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the cabin. It didn't look like it had been vacuumed, there were hairs in both bathrooms, and there was something sticky on the table in the upstairs bedroom, and on the end table in the living room. The counters and the kitchen table were not very clean either. We love the cabin, but when we are having to paid for cleaning, it would just be nice to have a clean cabin. We had to clean them, as well as the sticky remotes. This was the second time that we stayed, and the first time I privately let the host know, but to come back and see it worse than the first time, then I wanted to let others know. There are a lot of good reviews for cleanliness, but that was not our experience. I didn't say anything to the host because what good would it have done, we were already there, and it should have been clean when we arrived.

Grandma’s blessings

Just right for our trip. Easy to book and take care of on line. We had the best time with 3 of our grandchildren. They loved the cabin too! It was our gift to them cause they hadn’t been to the Smoky Mountains. I think we be back soon.
