Private Studio Cabin,Hot Tub,RELAX,Honeymoon Summary: Fat Bottomed Squirrels, located near the top of Bluff Mountain, is a quiet, treasured getaway. Perfect for a honeymoon or romantic getaway. Enjoy the magnificent mountain views without ever having to leave your Smoky Mountain cabin. Fat Bottomed Squirrels is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, studio style cabin located about 5 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge. There are phenomenal views from this intimate cabin - you can see forever! The Space: The cabin is a studio log cabin with a great Smoky Mountain view. Enjoy the covered deck with views for miles, hot tub and charcoal grill (charcoal not supplied). Inside there is massive, hand-crafted queen-size log bed. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen w/ dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig. It features a nice open floor plan with flat screen HDTV with cable, DVD player and Netflix, electric fireplace, and all linens supplied. Of course there is running water, central air/heat and high speed WiFi Internet. Enjoy the convenience to area attractions like Dixie Stampede, Dollywood, and The Christmas Place. The road up to the cabin is very STEEP. The access road to this cabin is paved but does have an incline. At times it narrows to one lane. It's about 1/2 mile of steepness. We can make it up in a Prius with no problem. This cabin is not for the less adventurous type. If you want flat roads this is not for you. If you want to be near the park with a breathtaking view and hiking nearby... look no further! Motorcycles and trailers are not recommended. 4-wheel drive is recommended for adverse winter conditions. No refunds for weather or driving issues. There is a floodlight camera on the exterior of the cabin to monitor the entryway. It lights the walkway for our guests, captures video of any wildlife that wanders near the cabin, and helps with weather monitoring and occupancy compliance. There are only 5 other cabins on the road and thanks to this one’s location you have complete privacy. Minimum age 21 to reserve the cabin. Guest Access: You get the entire cabin to yourself. The Neighborhood: The cabin is 15 minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and about 20 minutes from Dollywood, Splash Country, Dixie Stampede, the Titanic Museum, Tanger Outlet Mall, and many other attractions. It's close enough to be convenient but far enough away to make you feel like you're in the mountains. Other Things to Note: The fireplace is shut down April to beginning of October - it's an area standard! Interaction with Guests: We are pleased to provide you as much information about the area as you like, but we won't bother you during your stay. It’s the perfect space for 2 adults and the view was gorgeous. Close enough to town to enjoy a night out, but secluded enough for lovely privacy in nature. Such a great stay! ##### Audrey K. I loved everything about from the beautiful view to the amazing hosting. Me and my girlfriend stayed for two nights and we both had a great time. The cabin was very clean and well kept. We loved how close it was as to everything while also being tucked away to ourselves. The steep roads scared us at first but after the first time going up it wasn’t that bad I recommend turning off over drive if your car has that feature ##### Alex B.
