Beautiful first floor riverfront condo located in the River Crossing Condominium complex! A great location just off the Parkway in Sevierville but still quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a new 14 cinema movie theater! It's very close to the Tanger Outlets. There's a trolley stop a 5 minute walk away in front of Books A Million. Walmart is directly across the Parkway. You can sit on the balcony and watch the ducks and geese come up from the river. Condo is only minutes from Dollywood. Condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed and a master bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with access to a full bath. Bedrooms are far enough away from each other for privacy so it's great for 2 couples. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 6 guest comfortably. No pets and non smoking. Grandparents, wedding couple and their 15 month old. The condo was great to give all of us space and to be able to eat without having to wait in a restaurant. The location is great and close to everything Beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked well for making meals. The condo is clean and exactly like the pictures. One bedroom is a little tight but worked fine for us. We enjoyed the pool especially after long days of activities. Being on the first floor was a huge plus. We enjoyed feeding the ducks on the balcony. The location was perfect, close to everything we did. Julie also added a lot of little extras.
