"The location was great only seven -ten minute drive to Broadway and fifteen minutes from the airport. The presentation was exactly as the photos on Expedia displayed. The room and reception area was clean. However, the Pool was not accessible it was covered not in use. The location is close to a train track there was a squeaking sound at times coming from the train tracks. My stay was short only two nights. I would stay here again for the price and location. Thank you Staff!"

"I loved How beautiful and aesthetically pleasing the hotel lobby and gym was. Front desk was very kind and personable upon check-in and check out. I would have given this hotel a five-star if it wasn't for the fact that the conditioner bottle and the shelf and the bathtub were broken when I arrived. I would have preferred a microwave within the room .However, given the affordable price, I feel like it was still a good deal and I was pleased with the overall stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Harthall, especially for the location and value. We stayed in the Studio Queen Bed. The studio was tight, but the bathroom was spacious, with a great shower and modern, upscale toilet, showerhead system and sink. The downtown views and multiple rooftop/balcony spaces were incredible. The location is a major highlight. Pastis, Bastion and Cafe Babu are genuinely walkable, with plenty of other WeHo gems nearby. FORTS downstairs is gender-neutral, and their style was a great fit for us and added to the property’s feel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Free street parking was a huge plus—we never had trouble finding a spot close by. The $125 pet fee felt reasonable, and the concrete floors gave us peace of mind with our dog. Expedia mentions a housekeeping/self-cleaning fee; we asked staff and were told not to worry. The Murphy bed mattress and pillows were rough, and the room could use a deeper cleaning. Some furniture could use replacement, housekeeping utilities should be better concealed, and the second elevator’s exterior access door handle needs reattaching. PIN-code entry was cumbersome after a night out; a keycard would be easier. We also skipped the paid parking car lift, which looked quite aged. Yes, there is a train right next to the property, but it honestly didn’t bother us at all. Overall, the affordable rate compensated for the finer details that were missed. The location, staff, and views made Harthall a place we’d happily revisit"
