Not only did I not have the full Deposit the online booking company booked my room in the wrong name. So clearly I did not have 2 forms of ID to check-in, and they don't give refunds, and there was nothing stating the deposit on the website when I was booking. Very unhappy and did not have a place to stay after paying for it reached out to the motel, they were not compassionate and did not care and Was not?\n Happy with the sign on the wall, saying no visitors or you would be basically put out on the streets. "We enjoyed the house! There was more than enough room for all 6 of us. The hostess went above and beyond for us. We booked for my daughters sweet 16 and they helped with balloons, charcuteries and other treats to make sure she felts amazing on her birthday. We have a few issues and the hostess responded immediately and was right on top of everything. The hot tub was great, unfortunately the weather did not work out in our favor. Check in and check out was super easy and i would recommend the house when visiting St Louis! "
