Normal hotel/motel things wrong. No place to hang clothes, telephone not in an easy to reach location. Parking area in serious need of repair. Not what I have expected from my stays at days inn in the past.

A smelly lobby and derelict swimming pool was not a great start. Well lit parking. Tiny room with little sound proofing. Room had fridge, microwave. Bath and shower adequate.

Check in was greeted with silence. Tried sparking conversation but failed after several attempts. Proceeded to our room which was just being done as a remodel. Very nice room but has some work to be done to it. No water pressure for hot water Granit tub wall has cracks/breaks from install that were not secured. Not front door mat to wipe feet on from rain which slipped on floors upon entry. Went to breakfast next morning to be greeted by worker asleep behind front desk. No breakfast even at out for our family to eat. Parking lot needed cleaning after construction due to picking up to nails in tire. Unexpected cost for that and breakfast out.

If I could give less than a one I would. I booked this place for myself and my son's for the youngest birthday weekend. I made the reservation with the pool being a main reason. Pool was broken. We went to our room and the door had previously been kicked in and safety locks were nolonger able to be used. There was a door for an adjacent room with no working lock on our side. The place smelled so we walked out. The area where you eat breakfast had a utility sink and looked very unsanitary. I requested a refund and was denied. We weren't even there 15 minutes and left. Nothing about this place felt safe. Totally not worth the price. I wasn't over $122 for the night on a room not fit to sleep in.

At check-in, the computer was having issues and it took a good while to finally get checked in. There were small holes in my sheets, and cigarette burns on the tub. Also sections of the walls in the bathroom were poorly repaired, and had small holes in places. The second day there, my key-card stopped working and I had to get it rewritten at the office. Also the WiFi is barely functional. Other than that, the room was clean, the AC worked well, and the bed was fairly comfortable so it met all my criteria for a cheap motel room.

Its bad when you book through expedia and tell exactly whay we need, then get to the hotel and they said we booked it wrong and the manager was very rude and the phone doesn't work in tj3e room and we waited over an hour at bedtime to get sheets and a blanket!

We reserved a room for 5 people two different times! The first time, they gave us a room with two beds and a couch, which worked great! Then we came back few nights later after reserving a room again for 5 people, and they said they dont allow 5 people in one room! Then it says they have roll away beds on the site, when we asked for one they said they dont have them!

The only reason I chose this hotel was for the pool, meeting friends and had planned to swim this hot day, only to find out after I check in the pool is under maintenance. Trash.

Overall good stay
The room was very clean. We took our service dog and she got fleas in the grassy area by the pool. Infested with them and they got In the bed. We told the front desk and he offered to move us to another room. We declined bc we had too much to move and had to be somewhere. He then offered to change all the linens. We did that plus we bought fleas spray and sprayed dog and linens before we got into bed. No more fleas. Grass needed to be cut pretty bad.

Property under renovation and sloppy work. Paint everywhere on back of doors, baseboards and fixtures. Baseboards missing. Poor caulking tub and bathroom area. Very messy. The smell of paint very heavy. Not the best place to stay at this time.

The non-smoking room was not non-smoking. It had clearly been smoked on recently. It appeared that an effort had been made to upgrade the rooms; however the workmanship was horrible.
