It is a quiet residential area, with a quiet and friendly atmosphere. Local amenities include a local bar at the foot of the hill, a Mas y Mas supermarket and a number of cafes, shops and restaurants in the two local villages - Gata de Gorgos and Pedregeur (both 2 km from the villa). The golf course in La Sella is 6km away. The cities of Javea and Denia are 10 km and 15 km from the villa. , These cities are ideal for beach vacationers and those who enjoy both historic charm and nightlife. Gata Residential is close to the AP 7, with fast connections to Valencia (1 hour drive) and Benidorm (30 minutes) and Alicante (1 hour to the airport). From the terrace of the villa you have direct access to the beautiful communal pool. This pool is very well maintained and is used exclusively by 10 other villas. The 110 m² villa was built in 2005 and completely renovated in 2015\. The rooms are distributed on three levels, on the ground floor, in the mezzanine (8 steps high) and upstairs (another 8 steps). It is decorated in a modern style and offers all the amenities you need from your home. Since the villa has gas central heating it is also perfectly suitable for the winter months in the sun. The villa has three bedrooms, one with two single beds and two bedrooms with double bed. All rooms have fitted wardrobes, shutters and fly screens. On the upper level there are two larger double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a separate dressing area. One of the two bedrooms has a small balcony facing south. The family bathroom upstairs has a large walk-in shower. The second bathroom is on the mezzanine. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. From the kitchen you have access to the utility room with washer and dryer. The large living room with separate dining area is also located on the ground floor. It is equipped with a fireplace, a large comfortable sofa, armchairs, TV (German and Spanish TV) and DVD player. From the living room you have access to the large terrace with covered dining area and a modern lounge area. It invites you to relax and sunbathe. Ceiling fans and air conditioning made the stay pleasant considering the temperatures! 3 bedrooms, a large living room, and a beautiful terrace to enjoy the interiors, overlooking a large swimming pool in which we spent most of the stay, between two visits to Dénia and Javéa 25 minutes away, or the large Ondara shopping center 10 mins. Otherwise, watch out for the tiger mosquitoes which have invaded Spain! PS: there is an additional cost for electricity to be paid at the end of your stay, to be mentioned in the advertisement. La propriété était propre, et correspondait parfaitement a la description. Des ventilateurs au plafond et la climatisation a rendu le séjour agréable au vu des températures ! 3 chambres, un grand salon, et une belle terasse pour profiter des interieurs, surplombant une grande piscine dans laquelle nous avons passé la plupart du séjour, entre deux visites a Dénia et Javéa a 25 mn, ou le grand centre commercial d'Ondara a 10 mn.
