Welcome to the Fishing Shack located in Gassville, Arkansas! This charming small home has previously served as a garage, a bakery, a private home, and now has been completely renovated in 2022 for you and your group to enjoy! You will be conveniently located in between the "Trout Capital, USA" of Cotter, AR (6 miles) and one of the "Best Small Towns in the South" by Southern Living of Mountain Home, AR (5 miles). From this central location you can be fishing on the White River at Rim Shoals Access (4 miles) in 7 minutes or enjoying a day on either of the area's massive lakes (Norfork or Bull Shoals) in less than 20 minutes. After a long day you can unwind and enjoy dinner and drinks in the downtown Mountain Home Entertainment District less than 10 minutes away. There is parking available for several vehicles, room to park boat trailers, and available Level 2 EV charging on site (may require additional fee). \-NOTE: The neighboring house is also available for rent and shares a large middle yard with this property.
