It is clean, somewhat updated, the beds are comfortable ( I sleep like a rock there!), the staff is courteous and professional, and the price is always significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area. "Awesome house, convenient location- around 10 minutes from bull Shoals dam, and maybe 20 minutes to White Hole resort. It was a great central spot for us to stay with the areas we were fishing. We slept 6 easily. Awesome location, and great views of the lake."
