This apartment of 35 square meters located in Gassin is ideal for a tourist stay.  
It has a garden and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The property is 600 metres from a beach. Various restaurants are nearby.  
The center of the village is 10 minutes by car (to visit all the must-see places).  
  
Its location on the outskirts of Saint-Tropez (5 minutes away in car) is also a real asset.

\## Emplacement  
Gassin is located in the middle of the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, perched on a rocky promontory less than 4 km from the sea.  
The village has kept its winding alleys and picturesque old houses. Its geographical location is quite exceptional: it dominates a landscape of vineyards, wooded areas and the Gulf of Saint Tropez! The terrace of the ramparts offers a magnificent landscape that stretches from the Golden Islands to the snowy peaks of the Alps and the Massif des Maures. On the seafront, Port Gassin is being born in the continuity of the already existing lake complexes: Port Grimaud and the marinas of Cogolin. The Templars left many traces there.
