In a small, quiet residence with swimming pool, this renovated flat with terrace offers you a comfortable stay in the shade of the pine trees.
Located on the ground floor of a Provençal-style Bastide, the renovated 50 m2 flat comprises 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed and the other with 2 90 cm single beds, each with a large wardrobe and French windows opening onto the garden. Lovely Italian-style shower room.

Kitchen area with central island, living room with dining table, TV and sofa bed (160cm).
The bay window opens onto the covered terrace with dining table and garden with deckchairs. Air conditioning.
