  • Apartment with a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and especially a shaded loggia of 10 m², 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom and 1 WC independent.
    The apartment was redone this winters:
    . Installing an air conditioning
    . Bathroom completely redone with shower and vanity new
    . Ground redone
    . Brand new master bedroom (140).
    . Paintings redone.

Situation géographique idéale

Très bonne situation proche plage et port. Joelle (personne qui nous a accueilli) est adorable, très impliquée et très attentionnée et disponible. Les renseignements donnés par les propriétaires sur l’appartement et pour l’arrivée sont très précis . La chose négative est le bruit de la rue au niveau des chambres. Les fenêtres mériteraient d’être changées.

Très bon emplacement

Le logement est très bien situé à moins de 5 minutes de la plage. La piscine est un vrai plus aussi. Mais le mobilier est assez ancien et a besoin d'un bon renouvellement. Le canapé est vieillot et on sent les ressorts. Les matelas des lits superposés sont très fins et pas très adaptés pour des ados. Quant au lit double, il grince... Dommage.

Je recommande cet hébergement. Il est très bien situé, très proche de la plage et des commerces. Le plus : la grande piscine à l’intérieur de la résidence avec le snack et un agent de sécurité.

Super séjour !

Appartement idéalement situé avec une belle terrasse ! Au calme. Très proche de la plage. La piscine de la résidence est très belle et très bien entretenue. Le port est juste à côté avec tous ses restaurants et sa petite épicerie. Le petit déjeuner sur le port grâce à la boulangerie est juste parfait. Hypermarché proche de l’appartement. Navette pour Saint Tropez à deux pas… Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ! Merci 😀

Déçu du confort

Appartement très hien placé avec belle terrasse, vue sur une très jolie piscine (les transats sont à louer). Piscine très chouette. Literie de mauvaise qualité (nous avons tous très mal dormi, et pourtant nous sommes des adeptes du camping). Le grand matelas est tâché même si recouvert d une alaise. Un canapé avec assise complètement défoncée et trop sale malgré le plaid qui le recouvre en partie. Très bruyant le soir côté chambre (mais nous sommes dans le port donc normal...) Trop peu de rangement pour 4. C'est un détail mais service vaisselle qui peut être complété (1 tasse café, plusieurs couverts cassés, 3 mugs). Décoration très spartiate qui fait "trop recup" avec des murs sales dans la chambre lit double. Un minimum pour se sentir mieux dans l'appartement pourrait être fait. Un seul bip pour accès piscine et parking pas toujours pratique à 4. Cet appartement à beaucoup d'atouts !

Excellent emplacement!

L'appartement est idéalement bien placé avec une belle terrasse bien exposée donnant sur une belle vue😃 Il mériterait un mobilier plus moderne, et d'une TV qui marche😒 Les parties communes devraient être plus propres avec une meilleure signalétique pour trouver l'ascenseur, le parking un peu galère car les n° sont un peu illisibles (mettre des panneaux d'orientation ou d'informations dans la copropriété) serait un plus... Les terrains de tennis ne sont pas entretenus et les digicodes ne marchent plus.... L'accès piscine et le parking privés sont des points positifs👍 Le propriétaire donne des indications pour accéder et reste réactif si besoin d'information, mais hélas rien n'a été fait pour que notre TV marche, et à ce jour toujours pas de retour pour un geste commercial pour ce désagrément..... Casino Géant avec sa galerie marchande proche pour faire des courses, et prendre de l'essence👍

Genieten in Gassin!

Marine de Gassin is genieten! De verhuurder is enorm aardig. Het appartement is praktisch, schoon, heeft een lekker balkon, een heerlijke douche en ook niet onbelangrijk in de zomer: een airco! Het zwembad is 50 meter verderop. En het strand ook! Je vindt er twee lekkere strandtenten en ook in het haventje zijn heerlijke restaurantjes. Kermis, Midgetgolf, karten, een klimbos, de boot naar St Tropez. Het is allemaal om de hoek. En niet alleen St Tropez is prachtig. Ook Gassin, Ramatuelle en Grimaud zijn wonderschoon. En hou je net als ik van racefietsen, dan kun je prachtige ritten maken in de bergen met fenomenaal uitzicht op de kust. Wij zijn dit jaar voor de vierde keer in Marines de Gassin geweest. En komen in de toekomst zeker weer terug!

Un merveilleux séjour estival!

Cette location est très bien située, accès à la piscine et à la plage à quelques mètres à pied, ce qui était idéal avec nos trois enfants. Quelques commerces à proximité permettaient d'assurer le ravitaillement. En 10 jours, nous n'avons quasiment pas utilisé notre voiture (garée sur le parking privé et sécurisé). Des balades sont accessibles en bateau depuis le port à côté, pour aller sur St-Tropez ou Port Grimaud, ce qui évite les embouteillages. L'appartement est très agréable avec clim, équipements nécessaires au séjour, la terrasse avec vue sur la piscine, au deuxième étage avec ascenseur, et paisible, idéal pour un séjour en famille. Le propriétaire a été très disponible et attentionné à ce que tout se passe au mieux pour nous, ce qui était agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, et c'est sûr que nous y retournerons un jour nous-mêmes!

Very nice area

The area is very nice, but bring bicycles because the costal road is crowed at every hour of the day, especially on weekends. Cycling tracks are not great but better than nothing. Our apartment was not cleaned up for the delay in leaving of the previous guests, which was a bit strange given we arrived 7pm. The rooms were rather warm as the aircon didn’t quite get there from the living room (bring a fan) After all, given the price it was ok.

Appartement bien rénové et fonctionnel. La climatisation est appréciable. Terrasse ombragée très sympathique pour prendre ses repas. La piscine de la résidence est superbe avec beaucoup d’espace. Accès à la plage à pieds. Un hypermarché est accessible également à pieds en 10mn ce qui est très appréciable compte tenu de la circulation dans les environs. Excellent séjour, nous reviendrons !

Super endroit!

On peut dire que notre séjour était quasi parfait. L'appartement est conforme à la description, il est parfaitement situé par rapport à la plage, piscine, port (grâce aux petits passage "secret" sous les bâtiments en face de l'appartement. Le propriétaire a été très réactif lors d'un petit soucis indépendant de sa volonté ( c'était une panne générale à tout le batiment). Nous recommandons cette location….

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche in Port Cogolin. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand ,Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut,da die Schlafzimmer zur Straße liegen,ist es manchmal etwas laut bei geöffneten Fenstern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen,großer Supermarkt in 1 km..

Le descriptif de la location et les photos sont tout à fait conforme. L'appartement a été entièrement refait à neuf et la rénovation est très réussie. Il y a la clim et cela a été très appréciable lors de la canicule. Il y a un grand balcon avec vue sur la piscine. La plage est à 100m et les commerces tout proche. Le propriétaire répond très rapidement aux messages. Donc rien à redire, location à conseiller.

Appartement tout refait à neuf. Clim et grand balcon. Proche tous commerces. Le propriétaire est trés sympathique. Le petit point négatif est que les chambres donnent sur le couloir et parking. Donc un peu de bruit. Prévoir des prises anti moustiques. Le ménage est prévu dans le prix (il me semble qu'on ne le voit pas apparaitre dans l'offre). Sinon rien à dire d'autre tout est correct.

Tutto sommato carina malgrado alcune carenze

La casa é carina ma mancano armadi. Probabilmente siamo stati sfortunati ma abbiamo trovato la casa piuttosto sporca e l'aspirapolvere non funzionante. Altra pecca è stato non avere nessuno che ci ha accolto e quindi spiegato come entrare nel portone, nella piscina e come aprire la cassaforte chiusa.
