🛏 Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements



Designed with large families, reunions, retreats, and celebrations in mind, the villa comfortably accommodates groups of all sizes. The property features seven spacious bedrooms, including a custom bunk room with eight beds that quickly becomes a favorite among children, teens, and younger guests.



The luxurious primary suite offers a king bed and a unique his-and-her bathroom design connected by a spacious walk-in closet, creating a private spa-like retreat within the home. Large windows and tranquil surroundings make it the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun.



The villa can accommodate up to 24 guests. The base rate includes up to 14 guests. Additional guests beyond the initial 14 are welcome for an additional fee of **$40 USD per person, per night**, up to the maximum occupancy of 24 guests.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire villa and its outdoor spaces throughout their stay. This includes all 7 bedrooms, the custom bunkroom with 8 beds, the private movie theater, living and dining areas, and all indoor amenities.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy direct access to the beachfront, perfect for swimming, beach volleyball, or surfing, as well as the outdoor firepit and lounging areas.



The property is fully exclusive—no shared spaces—ensuring privacy and a true retreat experience. Parking is available on-site. A local team will be available if needed, but guests will have complete independence to enjoy the home at their own pace.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is located in the peaceful coastal area of La Boca, just up the road from the well-known Ola Rivers Restaurant—a local favorite where the river meets the ocean. Here, you can enjoy fresh seafood, cold drinks, and a laid-back atmosphere with beautiful natural surroundings.



La Boca is known for its unique setting where a calm river flows into the sea, creating a one-of-a-kind environment perfect for relaxing, swimming, or simply taking in the scenery. The nearest quick-stop grocery option is Supermercado Rodriguez Suriel, located just 12 minutes away—perfect for essentials and last-minute items. For a wider selection of groceries, shops, and dining, the town of Cabarete is approximately 25–30 minutes away.



Due to the villa’s secluded, off-the-beaten-path location, we highly recommend renting an SUV or arranging private transportation. Having a vehicle will give you the flexibility to explore nearby towns, beaches, and restaurants at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

• Location & Access: The villa is located in a beautifully secluded area of Boca Beach, about 1 hour from Puerto Plata Airport (POP). The final stretch of the drive is off the beaten path and may include unpaved or less-developed roads. We recommend using an SUV or arranging transportation with a driver familiar with the area for a smoother experience.



• Secluded Experience: This property is intentionally private and tucked away from busy tourist zones. While this offers incredible tranquility and a true escape, it also means shops, restaurants, and nightlife are not nearby. We recommend planning ahead for anything you may need during your stay.



• Nature & Surroundings: Being in a more natural, beachfront setting, you may encounter occasional insects, seaweed depending on the season, and varying ocean conditions.



• Perfect for Groups: Due to its size and location, the villa is ideal for families, retreats, and special gatherings looking for privacy and a unique experience rather than a centrally located resort environment.
