This tranquility and uniqueness is granted to make a relaxing holiday possible. Completely renovated in May 2016, and equipped with underfloor heating in the bathroom in 2018. Surrounded by a spacious lawn and unspoilt nature. The focus is on the water to the mainland in the direction of Stralsund. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall, with modern equipped kitchenette. Facilities include a spacious sofa bed, flat screen TV with satellite TV and a small dining area in the living room, double bed and wardrobe in the bedroom. The bathroom at the rear of the property is spacious, with large shower and large vanity. The terrace is covered with a pergola including awning and side awning. We ask you not to smoke in the bungalow - but to use the terrace. A free parking is available directly in front of the property. To achieve a well-built road from Stralsund via the Rügen bridge or from May to October on the ferry just across the motorway (A20) Greifswald. The ferry is directly between Stahlbrode and Glewitzer ferry. The ferry terminal and the small newly built marina are off the holiday. After 100m walk you are then already at the small beach untreated. The bicycle lane, off the road starts right at the exit and invites to long bike rides a the surrounding area. The service includes the provision of bed linen and towels with weekly change, a barbecue and of course Wi-Fi. Alles da, was man braucht. Lage und Aussicht sind perfekt. Die Vermieter sind supernett. In direkter Nähe ist lediglich die Fähre, welche aber nur tagsüber fährt und überhaupt nicht stört. Außer einem Imbiswagen am Hafen ist keinerlei Gastronomie am Ort. In 3 km Entfernung gibt es aber eine Pizzeria. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 10 km weg. Unser Hund ist ein draußen Hund und im Umgang mit anderen Hunden, besonders mit fremden Hündinnen eher kompliziert und schwierig. Wir haben uns auf die Beschreibung des Bungalows und die dazugehörigen Bilder des Betreibers verlassen. Leider stimmte es mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort nicht überein. Wir waren, wie abgebildet nicht alleine, sondern hatten noch zwei Ferienwohnungen nebenan. Eine war zu unserem Zeitpunkt auch an eine Familie mit Hund gebucht. Der Vermieter hatte keine Kenntnis, das wir mit Hund anreisen wollten. War aber so bei FeWo gebucht. Hatten es selber nicht mehr kontrolliert, da wir dachten, dass alles seine Richtigkeit hat. So hätte uns noch eine Info über die Anwesenheit anderer Hunde mitgeteilt worden. Trotzdem wäre unser Problem damit nicht gelöst worden. Auf Bitten wurden die Bilder des Objektes jetzt aktualisiert und der Hinweis, dass dieses Grundstück zur Straße offen ist, in die Beschreibung mit eingefügt. Um Schwierigkeiten mit anderen Ferien Gästen aus dem Wege zu gehen, entschlossen wir uns zur sofortigen Abreise. Schade, Bungalow war nett eingerichtet und alles prima und auch die Umgebung lud zu Spaziergängen ein. ##### Thomas M. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage. In nur wenigen Schritten befindet man sich am Wasser (Sandstrand) oder in der Gegenrichtung mitten in einer ruhigen und malerischen Landschaft. Der Bungalow ,einschließlich der Außenanlage, verdient ein dickes Lob. Besser geht kaum noch. Die Einweisung des Vermieters und die Freundlichkeit, ist sehr Angenehm .
