"This hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly!!! Only real complaint is that the shower had no hot water. Water is maybe a few degrees warmer than body temp, but I actually got cold in the shower. The maintenance person, Janes tried his best tobfix it, but thecproblem is in the walls of tgecdhower where the stop was placed atvtoo low a temperature to be comfortable. James stated that he was not able to get the plate off of tge shower tap without possibly breaking it...so we just lived with lukewarm water for 2 1/2 weeks. Also the bed was practically on the floor. You have no trouble getting into the bed, but getting out is another story. I dont know if this was on purpose because of the handicapped room or not,. That is honestly the only complaints that we had. Everything else was great!!!! Will definitely stay here again, but maybe another room!!!@"

"The check in took about 1/2 hr, there was no room available so they obliged me and gave me a suite. The suite or I should say what they call a suite was a big open space with a couch tv, desk. The kitchen has an oven that was so filthy i was expecting or scared of seeing insects ( which to be fair I didn’t) the bedding was clean. The floor felt damp and smell moldy. The front desk person was obnoxious and rude, because he was unable to find a room for me. He spoke to whom he referred to was his boss i stood there while he tended to about 4 different patrons. I believe this hotel needs the authorities to visit. I have pictures for proof."
