"Hotel needs total renovation. Water is standing in the bathroom. Everything is broken. Hallways are very dirty. Breakfasts is ok. Parking is fine. Rooms need lots of work."

"This place is nasty as hell and should be removed from Expedia!!!! The place looks like a homeless shelter, there is a lobby if random people hanging out there! The same time I am checking in there was a disturbance and the cops were called! I finally got to the room and it was so bad I had to asked to be moved l left Togo get my son and when we came back we were sitting on the bed and there was a roach crawling between us! That’s not even the worst part!!! There were roaches playing a dance game on the floor!! There was roach in the toilet bowl! And the audacity of them to charge me for a night when I sat up in that nasty room all night as I couldn’t get anywhere else on short notice and was in a whole other country from home!!! There was strains on the sheets and pillows! The air conditioning system looks like an old run down back ally drain pipe!! This is not a hotel it is a run down extended stay property that is infested with all manner of nastiness! Shame on you Expedia for having all these photos that does not depict one ounce of the actual property!!!! If I could give zero score I would!!!"

"The hotel needs so updates to the building and furniture but everything was very clean and the hotel smelled great. I had an issue with my reservation and Gigi was so great and helped me out so much! I was very happy with the staff. "

"The property was just as advertised other than we could not get the hot tub to work. Everything else was great! Very nice shaded bungalow area by the pool. There is a pass-through window at the pool, which is great! Bathrooms were beautiful, obviously remodeled relatively recently."
