First of all, the staff are friendly and generally on the ball.
However,
The check in process did take a long time and we were then handed our keys. The room on the 4th floor was a sea-view room, but room 405 has a window akin to a prison cell, with no curtains on it, but a light-coloured blind, so when the spotlights come on at night, it is hard to sleep with all the light coming in. Also the room is excessively hot and the corridors are likewise. They must be chucking money down the drain just heating these common areas. We were moved to room 402, which has a rotting window frame, and has had sealant used on it, so that it can't be opened. Another hot and cloying night was not great. We ended up checking out early due to two bad night's sleep. Also, £9.00 a day car park charge, which is hard to find info about when booking. No refund given for the last day when we left early. I would not recommend.
