Welcome to Österlen, newly built holiday home near nature and sea. Charging electric cars.

  • Quietly and beautifully situated in the popular leisure area Gyllebo in the heart of Österlen, is our holiday home. The house is modernly equipped. Three bedrooms for six people. Large living room with fireplace. The house type is called Magnolian 91 (googla for floor plan). Open view to garden and beautiful, soothing nature. Kivik and Simrishamn in 15 minutes distance. Two well-known and popular golf courses, Lilla Vik and Djupadal, 10/15 min away. Lake Gyllebos with bath and fishing opportunities 5 minutes. Wifi, TV with Netflix etc. Lots of nearby exciting excursion destinations. Solar cells on the roof provide the house with clean and free energy.
    Bed linen is provided by the tenant.
