Again find ease through deliberately reduced alpine architecture and interior. To create the highest possible excitement for sometimes magnificent wild, sometimes playful beautiful mountains. Hiding place and panorama at the same time. The view from the valley always upwards. Always look at mountains, forests and ridges in all directions. Be focused on the essentials and still do without comfort. We offer a modern, high quality furnished house with stunning views of the Wetterstein mountains with Zugspitze massif, Höllental and Alpspitze. The house has about 105 square meters on three neatly divided floors. On the ground floor is a spacious, exclusively equipped kitchen and a dining area for up to six people. In addition, a wood stove for cozy hours in winter or for cooler days in spring or autumn. From the living room with comfortable seating and TV, there is the spacious terrace with garden. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. There are two bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite and a large balcony. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds and larch wood floors and are ideal for allergy sufferers. The basement can be reached via a staircase directly from the living area. There is a bedroom (box spring bed) with private exit to the terrace. In addition, there is a sauna on the lower level with a cozy relaxation area. The bathroom is accessible both from the sauna area, as well as from the bedroom. Shower and bath towels, and bed linen are of course available. The Bathrooms are very nicely appointed and spacious. Each bedroom has a unique built-in wardrobe. The property is a duplex that shares the same lot as the more traditional Bavarian home of the owner, who will be on the property during your stay. The basement floor has a walkout that leads to steps to the backyard. In the basement, you have another bathroom, a bedroom, and the sauna and "yoga" or relaxation area. There is also the door that leads to the shared laundry room with the other unit. Laundry hours are posted to be done between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm (3 hours). Often, the Laundry was being used by the owner for possibly other units? The Kitchen is smaller in size and uses an induction stove top. There is a good amount of provisioning, though the refrigerator is relatively small for extended stays. They equipped the home with an espresso machine, which is wonderful, and the hosts are genuinely lovely people who truly go out of their way to get to know you and see to your needs. There is plenty of parking. We booked on VRBO, the only thing we were not prepared for, was paying an additional 81 Euro in cash for City tax when we arrived. We thought everything was included after we paid. From start to finish Gertraud was an amazing host! When we arrived there was a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us in an immaculate house. It felt like we were the first family to ever stay there as everything was so tidy and new. The kitchen had all of the tools you would need to make a meal, and then some. Linens were clean and fresh. Even the cups and plates are something to write about, everything was just beautiful! Der Blick auf das Wettersteingebirge mit dem majestätischen Zugspitzmassiv, das Höllental und die Alpspitze ist wirklich atemberaubend Auf drei geschickt aufgeteilten Ebenen bietet das Haus einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer hochwertigen Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Zimmer mit ihren en-suite Bädern und Boxspringbetten sind äußerst komfortabel. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Aufmerksamkeit zum Detail, die in der ganzen Unterkunft spürbar ist, und den unvergleichlichen Blick von der Terrasse und dem Balkon. Die Vermieter, die in unmittelbarer Nähe wohnen, waren sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Sie trugen wesentlich dazu bei, dass wir uns von Anfang bis Ende wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben.
