The 110 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

The apartment boasts a riverfront location with convenient access to a train that runs every hour from 5 am to 00:30 am. It is close to the city center, a bakery, and shopping facilities, as well as being near a peaceful meadow. Nearby attractions include the scenic Eibsee, Riessersee, and Pflegersee lakes, as well as the Tannenhütte am Wank and St. Martin Hut, ideal for nature lovers.
