About this property

The Cabanon in Luberon

  • "Le cabanon" is located in Gargas, in the natural park of Luberon, in the golden triangle (Bonnieux, Gordes, Lacoste). This detached and independent house has just been enlarged and has good conditions and all the amenities. It is located 900 m from the village center (bakery, supermarket) and 3 km from the city of Apt (many shops and large Provencal market)
    Many opportunities for walking, cycling and exploring the region.
    My accommodation is perfect for couples and families (with children).
    The Cabanon is installed on a plot of 1100 m2, on the edge of a wood not completely closed. The interior fittings are brand new as well as the furniture. A terrace facing south will allow you to take meals (morning, noon and evening) under a shady arbor. The pool, private, secured by a roller shutter, will allow you to refresh. Petanque ground, private parking.
    No animals.
    The house is composed of a kitchen (microwave, small oven, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen equipment), 1 independent bathroom, 1 bedroom with bathroom and bed of 160, 2 bedrooms bed 140, large living room and office. Access to the rooms is via 2 stairs (unprotected).
    The Cabanon is classified 3 stars.

Alleen op 1 slaapkamer airco.Tweede toilet beneden is ook voor de slaapkamers boven evenals de douche die bereikbaar is via een lastige trap. Douches zijn prima. Op slaapkamers horren even als in de keuken. Zwembad is in orde maar de rand erom heen bevindt zich grind. De tuin is matig onderhouden. In de kastruimte zijn slechts bekers voor 6 personen maar het is een ratjetoe qua formaat. Wil je de omgeving verkennen dan ligt dit pand prima. Het pand ligt aan een weg waar redelijk verkeer langs komt. De buren zijn vriendelijk en die onderhouden ook het zwembad. Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt.

Das Cabanon ist ein schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool ist super. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist ideal, um den Luberon zu erkunden.

Une superbe semaine !

Très chouette maison de famille , grande , très bien équipée , propre, grandes chambres et lits très confortables, de belles salles de bain . Une chouette piscine et ses transats. Très agréable de déjeuner et dîner sous la tonnelle . Le jardin est grand et bien arboré . La clim dans la maison est un plus pendant l’été ! Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et une grande disponibilité de la femme de ménage et du pisciniste lors de notre séjour.
