Excellent clean apartment in the centre of Madrid. Walking distance to Sol and Opera metro stations. San Miguel Mercado and Plaza Mayor just around the corner, so plenty of options for food. Although our apartment had a balcony to the street outside, we both slept soundly. Friendly welcoming staff and a daily maid service if required. Would definitely stay again when visiting Madrid.

We love from the start, all the staf from the door (Roberto was excellent) to the checking and after the checkout, are willing to help. This is my second stay and I think in my futures trips to Madrid I will stay here. They upgraded my room and get 20% discount in my final food and beverage bill, as a Gold status. This hotel is very european and classic, conveniently locate between Callao y Gran Via Metro stations. The staff is very nice, professional and helpful. Will stay again.
