This is a big hotel which comes with its own issues. The staff and location were great but the hotel itself was very average. We had booked 2 rooms and each one had the same type of hairdryer which turned off automatically after 30 seconds of use and you had to wait 2-3 minutes for it to cool off so you could use it for another 30 seconds. VERY inconvenient. When I asked for a better hairdryer, it took them a while to deliver it and then they came and took it back in the evening because they needed it for other guests!!! The iron was another issue. It was a very old one with no container to fill with water to create steam. Basically a hot brick. Very disappointing.
The breakfast had a verity of selections but the restaurant was average.
