It has a surface area of 1,000 sq ft and can accommodate up to 9 guests. It has two living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers), and a garden of around 1,500 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels are included. The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: \- A 15 m² living room with sofa, TV, and dining area \- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2) \- A bathroom with shower \- A separate toilet Upstairs: \- An 18 m² living room with sofa, TV, and dining area \- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc. \- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 3: with a single bed (90×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2) \- Bathroom with bathtub \- Separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, iron and ironing board. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the two parking spaces available inside the property. For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: \- Toulon train station is about 40 minutes away by car. \- Toulon airport is 45 minutes away and Marseille Provence airport is 1 hour away.
