The property features a total of six rooms, including four separate bedrooms (4x double beds, 180 cm wide) and two bathrooms: on the ground floor, a bathroom with a tub and a shower over the tub, and a shower room on the upper floor.

Two TVs with digital satellite connections, a Blu-ray player, and a hi-fi system provide evening entertainment. In addition, books and board games are available, which are especially appealing to families with children.

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary dishes and kitchen utensils meets all your needs for preparing meals together. The dining area with a large dining table is perfect for cosy get-togethers.

The house also features amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a shared washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, and a clothes rack.
