Welcome to Yellowstone Retreat Rentals! Built in 2021, our two bedroom one bathroom apartments carry all the necessities you need to visit Yellowstone. The apartment is located only four blocks from the historic Roosevelt Arch, the North Entrance to Yellowstone. We are also located a few blocks from Arch Park, which provides grills, a gazebo and picnic tables, and the neighborhood elk that tend to hang out there. With our convenient location, you will also be close to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants our little town has to offer. As mentioned above, each unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a laundry room, washer and dryer, with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided (nice for those guests who have been traveling for a bit!). There is a queen bed in each bedroom, and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. We provide extra blankets, pillows, and sheet sets for the sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, as well as hairdryer and towels provided. We have a full kitchen with a full size oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. All of the basic kitchen essentials are provided along with dish soap. You cannot carry bear spray on the airplane, which is why we provide it for you! It is located above the microwave in the kitchen. Parking in Gardiner can be a struggle - not here! There is one parking spot per unit provided, right in front of the building. There is also a paved handicapped spot right in front of our ADA unit for those in need of it. Some important things to note : \*We DO NOT provide cable TV. We have Smart TVs and you have the ability to log in to any streaming service you carry. We have the best WIFI plan available to accommodate our working travelers and those who want to relax with a movie after a long day in the park. \*Our air conditioning unit (our AC is not central air) is located in the living room, and tower fans are provided in the closet of each bedroom. \*If you are sensitive to noise, we would recommend getting a top floor unit. We worked with our contractor to do all we can to prevent noise transference, but these are apartments with two upper units, and two lower units. We also enforce quiet time from 10pm-7am, and no parties are allowed at our apartment. \*For our ADA unit: The countertops and cabinets are lower, and there is no under sink storage in the bathroom or kitchen to accommodate our guests in wheelchairs. We are a small family business, and love what we do. We take great pride in our business, and want to provide each guest with a 5 star experience! We call this beautiful place our home, and sharing it with our guests is a great pleasure. Please inquire with any questions you may have, we look forward to seeing you soon! The neighborhood is rustic and the streets around the property are dirt/gravel, as you'd kind of expect from a small mountain town. But that adds to the mystique of the national park experience. This apartment was spacious for my family of 6\. It was clean and inviting. It was quiet and conveniently located practically at the north entrance. The town of Gardiner has everything you need from a gas station and grocery store within 5 minutes, to plenty of dining and souvenir shopping options within walking distance. The hosts were great! They never bothered us once, but responded to questions almost immediately. The price was fair compared to other rentals we looked at. The only downfall was you don't have the spectacular views you might expect just by looking out your window, but it's so close, you won't even care. We would definitely recommend staying here. My family of 5 including 3 teens stayed for 3 nights during our visit to Yellowstone. It is right down from the entrance to the park, so was an incredibly convenient location. It was so well equipped and had everything we needed. Looked brand new and was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend! Gardiner is a very cute town with a handful of good restaurants and shops, a grocery store, and gas station, so it was nice to have all of those options. The one downside was the road from the park entrance to Mammoth is a 4 mile road over the mountain with lots of curves and hills. After a long day of driving in the park, it was the last thing we wanted to be driving on. Something to consider if planning on staying in Gardiner. However, if you do decide to stay there, we highly recommend this terrific condo! ##### Stachowicz A.
