"I would give this place more than five stars if I could! It’s beautifully renovated, and they put so much thought into every detail. The rooms feel cozy and warm, with fresh paint, real wood furniture, beautiful modern green tile, bathrobes, a tea kettle, and a microwave. Nothing feels cheap here. The beds were very comfortable. I read a comment saying they were hard, but that was not the case at all. My one complaint is the instant coffee. Cute packaging, but terrible coffee. I’d love a real coffee option in the room! The lobby is thoughtfully designed with a cool seating area surrounded by beautiful metalwork that makes it feel private. They have great drip coffee in the morning and cute options for purchase like pre-packaged s’mores. The outdoor area is incredible with a pool, hot tub, putting green, cornhole, fire pits with seating, sauna, and cold plunge. Even though it’s on a busy street, you don’t hear the road noise. The privacy fence makes the pool area feel secluded and relaxing. The pool and hot tub light up at night, and if the staff knew we were heading out, they would run out and turn everything on for us. They anticipated our every need! It’s centrally located to Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. Thank you to Julia for making us feel so welcome and to Servando for being so accommodating throughout our stay and even after. You can tell a lot of work and heart went into this place. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Front desk was supernocrand helpful. My room on the other hand was terrible. It wasnt dirty. Just everything was broken. My door jam was so warped that every time I would leave my room' if I wanted back in I had to go to the front desk and have them open it for me. The continental breakfast was very impressive."

"Nice stay. A bit small and very open. Not much privacy for anyone sleeping on futon and futon and main bedroom share a bathroom. Internet was NOT great! Kitchen / dining room was nice. Enjoyed the puzzles. GREAT location!"
