Great place for large group

We had a wonderful time in this spacious cabin. We had six different families all staying together (40 people) and there was ample space for each family. Kids and teens loved the theater and hot tub and the separate hang out area with pool table and foosball. Double fridge, dishwasher and ovens made for so much space. Highly recommend and would book again.

Great home for a large party!

We had almost 40 people for the weekend here and the way this home is laid out, was amazing! It has 2 large great rooms in the center of the home, which allows everyone to stay together. If you want privacy, you can always run to your room, but having a home that brings everyone together, this home makes that happen better than any other home I have stayed in. My only concern is if your party stays up late, the insulation in the home is not the best, but my family never plans on getting much sleep when we do these trips anyway.

Awesome Huge Place

We loved our stay at big bear. The yard was absolutely fantastic with a playground and nice green soft grass. Plenty of Parking. The location was perfect for going all around bear lake and close to great places in garden city. Our host was quick to respond whenever we needed anything and everything really went well. Only complaints (and it wasn't a huge deal) was that some of the rooms require you to walk through other rooms, which was slightly awkward if you aren't with strictly family only. Also there was a signal tower right next to us, two of our guests were sensitive to that, so just something to be aware of. The place was clean, had a pool table and a nice theatre room. Huge kitchen that can host a large crowd. Overall fantastic place, would stay again and recommend to anyone.
