“Residenza Mercanti” si trova nel cuore di Garda, all’interno delle mura del centro storico, ed a pochi passi dal lungolago e dal porto. La struttura, all’interno di un palazzo storico, è stata completamente ristrutturata nell’anno 2022, in stile moderno, funzionale ed accogliente.  
  
L’appartamento di circa quaranta metri quadri ha un accesso indipendente, è situato al primo piano ed è dotato di ogni confort: connessione internet Wi-fi, aria condizionata, smart TV-LCD, angolo cottura attrezzato con piastra ad induzione, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, tavolo e sedie. Dispone di un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto aggiuntivo, per ospitare complessivamente tre persone.  
  
Possibilità di un posto auto riservato presso parcheggio a pagamento situato a circa duecento metri di distanza (con supplemento). Zona di carico e scarico bagagli presso ufficio di ApartmentsGarda: Corso Italia n° 120 - Garda
