\\"Residenza Garda Deluxe\\" is a wonderful newly renovated residence located in Garda, right in the center of the town, close to all services and just 50 mt far from the promenade!  
  
The apartments all have independent access, located on the first floor or on the second floor.  
  
Furnished in a modern and refined style, the apartments have got a bedroom, a balcony, a bathroom with shower and a large living area with an equipped kitchen. They are equipped with every comfort for your holiday: Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen equipped with induction hob, cooking accessories, access with a convenient electronic lock, with a supply of linen included.

#### Super moderne Unterkunft 

Moderne, saubere Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Man erreicht alles fußläufig in Garda. Einzige Nachteile: Der öffentliche Parkplatz kostet 10€/Tag (kein privater vorhanden). Weiterhin ist der Balkon über einer stark befahrenen Straße
