Located entirely on the ground floor, the unit includes a double bedroom, a bathroom with bidet, sink, toilet, washing machine, and shower, and a living room with open kitchen and a double sofa bed, with direct access to a furnished private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday on Lake Garda and includes a hob, coffee machine, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. The charming private garden features sun loungers for enjoying the sun, as well as a table with chairs for outdoor dining. A shared barbecue is also available for guests. Guests have free access to the shared swimming pool, which is generally open from late May to late September, ideal for cooling off during summer stays at Lake Garda. The apartment is completely located on the ground floor. However, please note that some stairs must be climbed to reach it from the garage. Additional amenities include: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, bed linen, and towels included. Located about 15 minutes on foot from the historic center of Garda, Casa La Cross gives you access to all essential comforts: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, and more are all within approximately 300 meters. Other renowned Lake Garda destinations such as Bardolino, Malcesine, Torri del Benaco, Lazise, Sirmione, and even Verona can be reached in about 10–40 minutes by car, depending on traffic. For the joy of younger guests, a public playground is just 350 meters from the house. Major Lake Garda attractions like Gardaland, Caneva World, Movie Land, and Parco Natura Viva can be reached in less than half an hour by car. Casa La Cross stands out for its well-kept private garden and beautiful shared outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a communal garden. The pool is generally open from late May to late September. The apartment is equipped with numerous amenities ideal for a holiday on Lake Garda, including air conditioning, garage parking, washing machine, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels included. Apartment La Cross is the holiday apartment with pool in Garda you’ve always dreamed of for your vacation on the majestic Lake Garda! Not all homes allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In homes where animals are allowed, a supplement of €15.00 / animal / night is required. A crib, high chair, and bed guard are available for a fee and can be booked in advance. Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in. Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C). Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C). Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable additional cost. In the event of electricity, gas, or other utility wastage, an additional cost is incurred (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open). It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied. Due to geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down; therefore, the service is not always guaranteed. The home is not stocked with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are only intended as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay. Payments required for entering the apartment include the tourist tax + pre-authorization of the security deposit of €500 with a credit card. The final cleaning amount covers only standard cleaning. It does not include washing dishes and removing trash from the apartments to the designated points.
