I enjoyed it so much that before I even left the hotel, I rented the entire place for our trip in November. They have been in contact with me to make sure everything is correct. "Room is clean, with good wind down service towards the evening. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, they should have told us there is construction right outside Segara，which impacted the view of the pool and the noise is disturbing. We would have chosen another site if we were made known. Also, the shuttle bus to the main building is annoying, when it is full, we have to wait for another one. Also the spot alight and get on the bus is not sheltered, the experience does not match it price and you will get better option elsewhere. Also the spa and massage is ridiculously expensive. All in all, I would prefer stay in another location of Bali."
