"This was our first stay at HF Fenix Porto and the experience was exceptional. At arrival we were treated like valued guests. The check in process was quick and simple, and the reception staff were amazing. We were assigned a corner room on the 10th floor and the room was very modern and spacious - even including a small table and chairs for dining. The bathroom was extremely modern, spacious and well equipped. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and offered a full range of hot and cold foods - and the service is exceptional. During our stay there was no evening restaurant but we did enjoy a dinner in their sister hotel that is next door (HF Tuela) The hotel is located in the business district of Porto which we found ideal - there is a shopping mall next door, offering all sorts of stores plus a supermarket. And there is a wonderful food hall spanning the next block where many vendors offer all different types of cooked foods - from snacks and ice cream to full meals, plus of course the Portuguese wine. This is incredibly convenient and even better because it is used by many of the locals Taxis are readily available at the taxi rank outside, and we found it very convenient to take a taxi each morning to our place of choice for the day - depending on the destination, we paid between 4 and 10 Euros for a taxi. And many locations are very walkable. This is a hotel we would choose again for a visit to Porto. We had a great five day stay. Thank you"

"Porto Palácio was an excellent choice. The staff is super, every person we interacted with was so friendly, always providing helpful information and tips about the city and attractions, and supporting us every time. The rooftop is delicious at night, a true gift to relax after a terrific day at Porto. The property was comfortable, clean, and quiet, a little bit distance by walking from Porto Riviera, but Uber service worked efficiently. "
