- SUNNY PARADISE, is located on the 1st line of Playa de Gandia facing the Mediterranean Sea, an 11th floor where you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea and also enjoy those sunrises you have dreamed of.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 beds and the other with a double bed open to the sea (never before its awakening has been so exciting) plus the possibility of an extra bed.
The residential has a tennis court, 2 paddle courts, an outdoor pool, outdoor pip-pom table and a pediment where you can enjoy your magnificent vacation.
In addition there is a private parking space.
The Albatros Residential Complex of great renown in Playa de Gandia, is one of the best and most complete residential of the same.
