Lovely large clean room with lots of lovely white towels in the bathroom. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was continental, with scrambled eggs included every day accompanied by either bacon or sausage if you wished. The breakfast room was a bit small, but we always managed to get seated. Had no need for parking but there was a car park area at the back or the hotel with a door leading into it from there.

The staff are lovely but the building needs some love and attention. Rooms are tired in decor and our mattress sagged in the middle and was very soft. Concerned to see a couple of fire doors wedged open in the day.

Very clean and comfy beds. Quite dated appearance from outside and inside but perfectly acceptable for a two night stay. Fab restaurant in hotel and very tasty buffet breakfast
